The Physical Disability Rehabilitation Unit (PDRU) based in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow campus have some useful resources for general rehabilitation in adults.  There is a seated exercise class, but should you be unsure as to whether the exercises are helpful for you, please consult with your local Physio or Doctor before starting.
