How to see your Doctor

It may have been some time since you last saw your specialist doctor at the hospital who helps manage your neuromuscular condition. There can be a number of reasons for this. Some people do not regularly receive appointments or sometimes if an appointment is
re-arranged, a new appointment may not have been sent out or received. Whatever the reason, the Scottish Muscle Network occasionally receives communication from patients who would like to re-engage with their specialist doctor.

This can be done easily by speaking with your family doctor / GP who can refer you directly in to the service.
