COBIS Annual Education Event 2024
This year’s event will take place on Microsoft Teams on Thursday 19 September at 12.30pm.
The event is free to attend and is open to professionals across all disciplines who work in burn care and management.
Following feedback from previous events, this year’s theme will be ‘back to basics’. Speakers from burn units across Scotland will cover a range of core burn management principles and guidance on best practice.

| 1:45pm | Managing challenging burn scenarios |
| 2:15pm | Overview of the Scottish referral process |

| 2:50pm | Firework injuries including an overview of COBIS’ audit findings |
| 3:20pm | Regional case reports from Glasgow, Grampian, Lothian and Tayside. |
| 4:40pm | Closing remarks |
