COBIS Network

Established in 2007, the COBIS network aims to improve care for adult and paediatric patients who have suffered severe burn injuries in Scotland.

It brings together specialists in burn injury management to: develop national guidelines and standardise care across the country; drive education and training; and support prevention campaigns to help minimise burn injuries.

The COBIS Steering Group has members from the Scottish National Burn Centre in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, along with specialists from regional burn units in NHS Lothian, NHS Grampian and NHS Tayside.
