Welcome to the Network for Deaf Children & Young People. NDCYP aims to improve the care for children and young people in Scotland who have bilateral severe or profound hearing loss. We involve parents/carers of children and young people with a hearing impairment, as well as professionals working in health, education and social work, and voluntary sector organisations.
