For Public

Most people recover quickly from coronavirus (COVID-19), but some people may have ongoing symptoms that can last weeks, months or longer. This is called long COVID.

There are many possible symptoms of long COVID. Some of the more common symptoms are extreme tiredness (fatigue), shortness of breath, problems with memory and concentration (brain fog), sleeping problems, and dizziness.

Long COVID affects people differently and our understanding of it is still growing. For some, symptoms can be mild and they recover quickly; but for others, symptoms can be severe, difficult to manage, last a long time, and be life changing.

Our Network aims to place the many and varied experiences of those living with long COVID at the heart of all that we do.
