The SO&PB provides strategic oversight and direction to the program, ensuring it meets its objectives and fulfils the commitments outlined in the business case. Operating under its own Terms of Reference, the board ensures that its operational structures—including the steering group and relevant workstreams—are fully aligned with its mandate. It meets four times a year, and is responsible for approving all outputs produced by the Network.
