The workstreams and sub-groups play a crucial role in the governance structure, bringing together subject matter experts, service planners from all territorial NHS Boards, individuals with lived experience, third sector representatives, and key enablers such as data, intelligence, and research.
These groups are responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of projects. The lived experience group ensures meaningful engagement and provides oversight, adding valuable insights to the Network.
Together, the workstreams and sub-groups support the programme’s effective functioning by offering intelligence, tracking project progress, providing feedback on real-world conditions, and addressing issues, risks, and dependencies.
Our workstreams are-
