The governance structure ensures flow of communication, up, down and across various workstreams to ensure inclusivity, transparency and accountability. The Strategic Oversight and Programme Board plays a dual role (oversight and direction) thus ensuring essential representations of relevant groups.
Network management is provided by National Services Division. The Network has a core team with one NSD Programme Manager, one NSD Programme Support Officer, a Lead Clinician, who carries out two programme activities (PA) per week, and support from a Senior Programme Manager. The team is overseen by an Associate Director.
