{"id":2084,"date":"2020-05-12T14:34:05","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T13:34:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ssn.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=2084"},"modified":"2025-03-12T12:14:00","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T12:14:00","slug":"audit-quality-improvement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nn.nhs.scot\/ssn\/professionals\/audit-quality-improvement\/","title":{"rendered":"Audit &amp; Quality Improvement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Quality Performance Indicators (QPI) are developed collaboratively with the three Regional Cancer Networks (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhsscotlandnorth.scot\/nca\">NCA<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scan.scot.nhs.uk\/\">SCAN<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.woscan.scot.nhs.uk\/\">WOSCAN<\/a>), Public Health Scotland (PHS) and Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). The aim is to improve survival and patient experience whilst reducing variation in care and ensuring safe, effective and person-centred cancer care.
