If so, then BTOG has released the first of three webcasts about the role of patient advocates in research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.btog.org\/advocacy-training-webinar\/\">Please do circulate and share the link to the webcast<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This first BTOG Webcast includes an introduction from Cecilia Pompili and then Allan Hackshaw looks at what training and support a patient advocate could be offered when they take part in the development of research proposals. The webcast concludes with a \u201cfireside chat\u201d with Sally Hall who is an established patient advocate.
