Where you don&#8217;t have stock&nbsp;<strong>please contact your local pathology department who can advise on further supplies<\/strong>. If you have difficulty sourcing forms locally please contact the printers directly by emailing&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:alan.mcguire@theapsgroup.com\">alan.mcguire@theapsgroup.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hard copies should be used in preference to the electronic copy.\u00a0<strong>In exceptional circumstances, where the hard copy is not available<\/strong>\u00a0the electronic copy can be used.
