{"id":1546,"date":"2017-12-27T11:18:58","date_gmt":"2017-12-27T11:18:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fans.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=1546"},"modified":"2023-11-29T14:24:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T14:24:58","slug":"what-we-do","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nn.nhs.scot\/niccs\/about-us\/what-we-do\/","title":{"rendered":"What we do"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The network undertakes a range of activities to support improvements in the diagnosis, treatment and outcomes of people with inherited cardiac conditions (ICC) such as<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NICCS has developed and implemented&nbsp;new and enhanced services for people with inherited cardiac conditions and supported specialist teams in developing the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NICCS has developed nationally agreed protocols and guidelines to support better, safer management of patients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NICCS provides education and training for specialist and non-specialist staff involved in the management of people with inherited cardiac conditions (ICCs).
