The SO&PB provides strategic oversight and direction to the program, ensuring it meets its objectives and fulfils the commitments outlined in the business case. Operating under its own Terms of Reference, the board ensures that its operational structures\u2014including the steering group and relevant workstreams\u2014are fully aligned with its mandate.
